One of the best locations to have a decent British breakfast around Berlin is the East London in Kreuzberg (Mehringdamm 33, you cannot miss it as you practically fall onto their doorstep when leaving the underground station). Working language is English, of course.
And not only could I enjoy a proper Chicken Sandwich (including super crisp bacon) but even better was the very original Cream Tea they served!
Not to speak of the cosy atmosphere... Invites to stay longer and turn the breakfast into lunch.
